Investors, deal partners and introducers sign in to the same records, and each of them sees the part of a deal that concerns them whenever they want to look.
01Roles
One deal, seen from each side.
A deal brings together the investors who fund it, the deal partner who may lead it with us, and the introducer who brought some of those investors to us. Each sees their part of it, worked out from the same records, so what one party reads always agrees with what the others read.
An investor sees every position they hold through us, marked at the latest valuation, with what they put in, what it is worth today and what has already come back to them. Amounts read in the currency of each investment or in their own.
A deal partner runs their own deals in the portal. They publish the opportunity, follow indications and commitments as they arrive, and see the share of fees each investment earns them, both what has been paid and what the terms still have to deliver.
An introducer registers the investors they bring to us and follows each one through to onboarding. They see the fee share their introductions earn, with statements and a record of every payout, and nothing of anyone else’s.
We run the firm from the same records, down to where each fee goes. Because every other view is drawn from them, a fee set here is the fee an investor is charged and the share a partner sees.

Two further roles complete the model. A delegate, such as an analyst at a family office, reads the accounts of the investors who appoint them but can never indicate, commit or sign for them, while our own team sees the whole book as far as their permissions allow.
02Investors
Investors see what they hold, and what is coming, before they think to ask.
An opportunity arrives with its data room, and an indication reaches us the moment it is made. Once the money is in, the capital account records every payment into and out of each vehicle, and a notification follows each step that concerns the investor.

04Built in house
We wrote the portal ourselves, and we still maintain it.
The questions investors ask of a small deal manager are specific, and software bought off the shelf answers them in someone else’s terms. When an investor asks something the portal cannot yet show, the answer usually becomes part of it, and the same book can be read in an app for Mac and iPhone.
