Radian Is Now Paligan

We have retired the Radian name. Our deal-by-deal investment practice now operates as Paligan.

The decision was partly practical: an unrelated U.S. firm uses the Radian name in the same industry, and competing for clarity in a name is not a fight worth having.

It was also an opportunity to start with an independent identity, built from the ground up, with no structural or legal ties to any fund-based entity.

The name is entirely ours, which means we can build on it without carrying anyone else's history or brand associations.

How we invest has not changed: the structure, the strategy and our commitments to existing partners all remain as they were. We are still behind the scenes, sourcing, structuring and executing, under a name that reflects exactly that.
